We're excited to officially launch EX Evolve today! For many years I have considered starting my own business, and after spending the last five years working in the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) space I have decided to take the leap. I have seen the development and evolution of the Nexthink platform during this time, and have been impressed by its capabilities and ease of use in allowing organisations to measure their DEX and drive meaningful improvements. Nexthink enables companies to deliver a greater digital experience for their employees to increase productivity, reduce costs and optimise their hardware and software assets. The ability to easily engage with employees with targeted communications is second to none.
I look back at some of the projects I worked on in the End User Computing space and a platform like Nexthink would have been a gamechanger. Discovery of what applications and servers that employees are using without manual surveys. Accurate, real-time hardware and software inventory. No spending Monday mornings waiting for employees to log tickets with the Service Desk so we'd know there were post project issues - Nexthink would have given us real time visibility into what the employees were experiencing.
So today we begin our partnership with Nexthink across the APAC region as a Solution Delivery partner. Our services cover Implementation, Consultancy, Training and Managed Services. We're excited about the opportunity to partner with Nexthink in improving Digital Employee Experience and highlighting why DEX should be a critical component of your IT strategy.
